Material changes
Learning path restructured to 48 lessons
The learning area was rebuilt from an updated bilingual source package: 10 lessons in Understand, 22 in Apply and 16 in Design, each with model answers and a final task per level. Previous local learning progress is kept as history; the new lessons start uncompleted.
New source register and references page
The lessons are supported by the source register S01–S52. A dedicated references page lists all sources in both languages, and source markers in the lessons lead to the corresponding record.
Bilingual figures and stable addresses
Fifteen bilingual figures illustrate key lessons. Old lesson addresses redirect permanently to their new location, so existing links and bookmarks keep working.
Standards knowledge page renewed
The knowledge page “Standards & specifications” now carries a complete, source-linked article in English and German, including all tables, a relationship overview and an FAQ. On narrow screens wide tables can be scrolled sideways without the page itself shifting.
Standards page: planning dates corrected
The MORANE-2 schedule now follows EU-Rail’s planning status of 27 August 2026 (laboratory tests 2026, track tests from early 2027, planned dates only); earlier dates are marked as earlier planning states. “RMR Baseline 1” is explained via ERA/OPI/2024-10, section 4.2.1, without implying it is in force. A table of interim planning milestones up to 2028 was added, including the June/July 2027 discrepancy between two slides. No independent technical review is implied.
Homepage illustration
The English and German homepages now show an illustration of a historic railway control centre with a caption, replacing the previous antenna mast image.
